Take a break from exams with ExamBOOST

There will be loads of things available to you as a student during week 45 that will both assist you and offer you a break from exam reading.

SHUT UP! And write, Sphero race, student cinema, source sorting in the library, Lego building/programming, exam yoga, HVO WC in Beat Saber (VR), #chilloutzone, peace and rest with Mindfulness, Learn to 3D print, break activities at the library and free breakfast and supper in the canteen is in the programme!

For a number of years, Volda University College has provided first aid for exams to help students who are stressed out or anxious during an exam. This year, we're continuing with the ExamBOOST programme, which incorporates user feedback into the work to enhance the overall experience.

This will take place from Monday 7 November to Friday 11 November

Monday:

08:00-09:30 – Free breakfast in the canteen

14:00-15:30 – Sphero-race, Learning workshop in the library

15:00-18:00 – SHUT UP! And write, BK287

18:00-20:00 - Free evening meal in the canteen

20:00 – Student cinema Amsterdam (NB! NOK 50 for ticket and popcorn menu), Volda film theater

07:00-24:00 – Break activities in the library

Tuesday:

08:00-09:30 – Free breakfast in the canteen

12:00-14:00 - Source sorting in the library

14:00-15:30 – Lego building/programming, Learning workshop in the library

16:30-17:30 – Exam yoga, SAA255

18:00-20:00 - Free evening meal in the canteen

07:00-24:00 – Break activities in the library

Wednesday:

08:00-09:30 – Free breakfast in the canteen

14:00-15:30 – HVO WC in Beat Saber (VR), Learning workshop in the library

14:00-17:00 - #chilloutzone at the Environment Room

18:00-19:00 - Peace and rest with mindfulness, SAA225

18:00-20:00 - Free evening meal in the canteen

Thursday:
